Michael Link & Malik Boyd have been strategic real estate investors in alternative asset classes for the last 6 years. Learning their business principles from trial and error and mentors they obtained a plethora of market knowledge from actually doing deals. True architects in property acquisitions, Mike & Malik has successfully completed dozens of real estate transactions across all areas of real estate. Having experience in wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds, and lending, Mike & Malik have built up a double digit portfolio of real estate units, by using creative financing strategies and raising private capital. We strive to improve housing by helping our students learn the same principles we have mastered.
Mike & Malik were working regular 9-5 jobs making less than adequate money before getting started in real estate. We both invested in a real estate course back in 2016/2017 and continue to learn different strategies to help us buy more rentals.
